I have been working on our dining room makeover project for a few months now and figured it might be fun to share a preview and all the sources I have used in the space. Throughout the makeover, I had several hiccups along the way. But I’m learning to roll with the punches and let go of too many expectations. After all, life in general is much sweeter that way, don’t you think?

Dining Room Makeover Project Preview
We love to use our “formal” dining room once a month or so when we have family or friends over. I realize that isn’t a very popular thing anymore. However your family likes to dine, the space should feel welcoming and cozy. It should be a space where a meal is enjoyed comfortably, but most importantly where great conversation and time spent together is the focus.
I have just a few more things to finish in our dining room before I’ll be ready to show y’all all the pretty little details and talk about just how much we love this new gathering place in our home. Until then, I am listing all of the sources below. Clicking on one of these links will take you directly to the source.
We have lived in our home for 3 years now and I have really enjoyed gradually personalizing it and making it feel warm and welcoming for our family and friends. We had our littlest one not too long after we moved in, so life has gotten busier with three children. I think its great to remodel an entire home right when you move in if that suits you, but I have loved taking our time, and living in these walls to find out what fits us the best. I cannot wait to share our completed dining room and all the photos VERY SOON.
As always, thank you for taking the time to read along. If you’re interested, please subscribe to the Joyfully Rooted newsletter to get my latests posts in your inbox. My hope is to inspire, tell a story, lend a helpful hand in your home and heart, and bring glory to God in all that I do.
